Embracing Peace is a monthly, in-person gathering exploring our relationship with ourselves, each other and the natural world.
Inspired by the changing seasons, each gathering offers a gentle invitation to slow down, simplify, reconnect and simply be.
Our hope is that Embracing Peace becomes more than a monthly gathering: a place where you can lay down the noise of everyday life, come home to yourself in the company of others, and discover that silence can be shared as comfortably as conversation. Over time, familiar faces become reassuring and a quiet sense of belonging begins to grow.
Each gathering creates space to slow down, reconnect with your body, your breath and your inner world, and discover what becomes possible when there is nothing to achieve, nowhere else to be, and nowhere else your attention needs to rest but here.
