Embracing Light is a monthly, in-person gathering exploring our relationship with ourselves, each other and the natural rhythms within which our lives unfold.
Inspired by the changing seasons, each gathering offers a gentle invitation to slow down, simplify, reconnect and simply be. Together, we create space for movement, stillness, reflection and meaningful conversation - allowing each person to arrive exactly as they are.
Each gathering offers a pause from the pace and pressures of everyday life - a chance to reconnect with your body, your breath and your inner world, before returning to everyday life feeling a little more grounded, present and at ease.
More than something to attend, our hope is that Embracing Light becomes a place where familiar faces become friends, conversations grow a little deeper, and a genuine sense of community grows naturally over time.
